This piece is exactly what it sounds like: a shotglass that rings when it’s empty. Entirely handmade in sterling silver, it weighs around 93 grams and is forged from scratch with no casting or molding involved. When you give it a shake, it produces a crisp, bright chime with that unmistakable high-pitched clarity only silver can offer.
The glass-bell part has a subtle hand-forged texture that catches the light beautifully without being flashy. The brooch section features a reticulated surface, adding a contrasting texture that gives the piece depth and a slightly organic look.
The glass is attached to a silver chain, which connects to the brooch that can be pinned onto thick fabric like a cloak, jacket, or costume. A small hook on the brooch allows the chain to be held in place when folded, keeping the bell from hanging too low when not in use.
It’s a playful and functional object. Part drinking vessel, part bell, part conversation piece. Ideal for festivals, weddings, Renaissance fairs, or any celebration where you want to stand out and share a drink in style.
